iPod Touch (L)

Two weeks ago was my birthday. Two weeks ago I received my baby. For a long time I was in love with it, and finally I have it. The iPod Touch 8gb put a sunshine in my life. With it, I can listen to music, go into the internet, but only with a Wi-Fi connection. And it have a lot of downloadable applications. Games, music tools, news papers, Facebook, Twitter and a lot of useless things.

Since I have it, I can’t' stop using it, especially listen to music. Each song has the cover of the respective album, and it looks beautiful. It takes me a lot of time to put the image in the iPod, but t worth it. A negative point is the memory, because it’s not enough for all the music I have and I have to leave some bands out. The second thing that I most use is the Facebook and Twitter application. I can twett in every place and I really love it.

The iPod Touch is like the iPhone, but it can’t make a call and don’t have a camera. I don’t really care about that ‘cause I’m in love with the Touch. I can’t remember the time before the iPod. My life should have been so boring without the iPod.

Inmortals

My favorite band is inmortal. The Red Hot Chili Pepper's guitarrist, John Frusciante, left the band the last year, but they still there, doing great music for the people. Red Hot Chili Peppers had got a lot of members along their history: 10 guitarrist and 3 drummer. Some of them had died, others had left the band for "musical aspects". There's only two original members in the band. Anthony Kiedis, the lead vocals and the spectacular bassist, Michael "Flea" Balzary.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers made his first appearence in 1983 in a little bar of Los Angeles California under the name of Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Master of Mayhem. In the same year, they recorded his first album named Red Hot Chili Peppers.

In 1988 the original guitarrist, Hillel Slovak, died in an hotel room by a his heroin addiction. After a few guitarrist, John Frusciante joined the Chili Peppers. In 1991 they recorded the album that launched band to the fame. Blood Sugar Sex Magik is considered one of the best albums in the rock's history. Songs like Give it Away or Under the Bridge was in that record.

In 1992 Frusciante left the band for first time, and the guitarrist of Jane's Addiction, Dave Navarro, replace him. Navarro only recorded the experimental One Hot Minute in 1995. After that, John returned to the band.

The following records were Californication (1999), By the Way (2002) and Stadium Arcadium (2006). That was the golden age of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Today, they are working in a new album with their new guitarrist Josh Klinghoffer. All the fans are waiting the end of the 2010. The new record will be released there.

There's a live performance of their classic song "Around the World"

Across the Universe

Write in your home feels very fine. I didn't go to my favorite class, and I have to do the homework here in the comfortableness of my house.

The today's topic is your favorite movie. I really haven't a favorite movie, because I don't watch a lot of movies, so I'm going to write about a movie that I saw yesterday. A girl lend it to me and she said: "you will love it!". She was right.

The name of the movie is Across the Universe, and it's a musical movie. Sincerely, I don't really care about the actors, the director or the story. I saw it because the sound track. All the songs are Beatles's songs, and each song is connected with the history. Some versions are better than the original and it makes me happy. But some are terrible and it makes me sad.

To conclude, the movie is very bad, but I love it. The music blows my mind and I don't have nothing more to say.

There's a video taken from the movie. The song is Strawberry Fields Forever. I really loved the video. Enjoy.
